To ensure the best service and availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost. No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the service. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
